On Friday, July 9, Ambassador Bahk Sahnghoon attended the delivery of dispatches and appointments of the new officers of the Army 2021, which took place at the General Military Academy of Zaragoza.
During the event, chaired by King Felipe VI, Ambassador Bahk handed over his dispatch and encouraged cadet Lee Yong-bin, who completed the two-year dispatch training course.
