Amancio Ortega, who is the first private investor in Spain, started at the end of last year year as a great real estate investor in Asia with the acquisition of a building in Seul, for a price of 328 million euro.
We are talking about a building called MPlaza, which has 27,000 square metres distributed in 22 floors and a great amount of stores, in particular Zara and a hotel with 17 floors. It is located in Myeondong, une of the main shopping centres of the capital. We are facing a great Spanish investment in this Asian country since the previous greatest investment was the acquisition of the building called Torre Picasso in Madrid, for a price of 400 millions euro.
