Seoul, March 11 (Yonhap) - South Korea has qualified as the 23rd. The best country in the world, down four places compared to 2016, an annual survey of U.S. News & World Report showed last Wednesday.

South Korea ranked 23rd in the overall rankings, but ranked 11th and 13th in the national power and entrepreneurship categories, respectively.

The survey of more than 21,000 people from 36 countries, following the November presidential election, measures various aspects of nations, including their cultural influence, heritage, national power, quality of life, and the business environment in general.
