Potrero Solar is the first FRV project in Mexico, and is one of the largest photovoltaic projects with bifacial technology in the World.
Over months Lamaignere's participation in projects related to the photovoltaic solar industry is increasing and now, through an official communication on its website, the well-known Integral Logistics Operator has announced the first maritime shipments of the project led by Power China and Prodiel of the photovoltaic power plant "Potrero Solar". Companies were chosen by the Spanish company Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV).
Potrero Solar is the first FRV project in Mexico, and is one of the largest bifacial photovoltaic projects in the World. For Mexico, it will have a significant social and economic impact.
Lamaignere will manage a total of approximately 4,500 Teus of which 120 Teus have already been transported from the Port of Shanghai to Mexico. The next shipments will continue to be made in different parts of China. Mexico remains the final destination, close to the region of Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco. This facility, which provides clean energy, will be found in this last city. In the mobilization of all these Teus it will be necessary the participation of several offices of Lamaignere in the world, specifically in Mexico, Spain and China. Therefore, reference is made to one of the most global projects in the history of the Group.
The General Management of Lamaignere states that: "This project is a very important reference for the flexibility and tailor-made solutions that we offer to significant clients such as Prodiel, with whom we have had a fluid relationship for a long time and it allows us to communicate to the rest of our clients the importance that we have because we always manage a smooth, efficient and reliable logistics operation".
